Justin Natoli

Psychotherapist · Educator · Facilitator

Juris Doctor · Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Prism Programs is led by Justin Natoli, a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience whose work integrates contemplative practices, mind/body modalities, and psychedelic-assisted facilitation. His background spans private practice, teaching, publishing, and the design and stewardship of retreats and immersive experiences in the United States, Costa Rica, and Iceland.

Justin has trained extensively in Hakomi, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and multiple psychedelic-assisted therapy programs, including a three-year advanced training. He serves as faculty in psychedelic therapy training programs, speaks internationally, and has published on psychedelic-assisted work, including contributing to the book Queering Psychedelics. Queerness informs his perspectives on authenticity, identity, and belonging without narrowing who he works with.

Earlier in his career, Justin spent six years facilitating groups in residential drug rehabilitation settings. The complexity of that work sharpened his ability to navigate nuanced dynamics and continues to guide how he facilitates today.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, Justin practiced entertainment law at an international law firm. That background shapes his work with leaders, creatives, and professionals.

Across all of his work, Justin is known for weaving diverse frameworks into an integrative approach. He draws from a wide repertoire of modalities and perspectives, tailoring the work to the person or group in front of him.
